Need people to file their complaints
People following this blog. We need to file complaints agains LaCroix and possibly Reiben & Harris. I have ask Rich Reiben to produce the documents he has, proving there was a binding agreement for MVP with Turner Broadcasting. If he cannot, all the shareholders of MVP, Ceto etc.. will have take action. More on this later. I am waiting for his response. Our "Sunshine" blog is open for him to respond right here if he wishes to.

should Pat Schuster also be investigated? Does he have legit past Navy Commander rank? Richard purported to me a rank of Navy Admiral on his sub cruises to la-la-lands. Were they talking of U.S. Navy or some daffy-duck navy? If there is a problem here, impersonating officers is a federal offense.
ReplyDeleteIs anyone going after Richard et. al.? Contacted FBI, filed complaints with Georgia corporation commission?
ReplyDeleteFinding this guy and successfully bringing charges against him would be relatively easy, increasing the likelihood of getting law enforcement to pursue.
Count me in as an idiot as I was referred to Rich LaCroix via Rich Reiben who handle the legal matters for a large company that purchased a company I was involved with. He gave me the NFL pitch, spoke to Charlie Sullivan, was to have meetings with many other companies etc..Fell for the wiring of money thing, to the tune of about $1,000, he now won't return my calls and is probably heading out of town. Don't get the Rich Reiben thing as he was legit and maybe still is, but there's a smoking gun here somewhere so beware.
ReplyDeleteyes, FBI has been contacted and is looking into it. Also, local state police. Problem is if no one has filed a criminal complaint( i.e. no outstanding warrants)or done something in that state there is nothing local guys can do except watch. I don't know how many of us are out there but we need to grow a pair. No telling how many people he has done this to over the years. Seems that there are many people in Savannah who could put pressure on FBI to act.
ReplyDeleteRegarding the above, if only one person would file a criminal complaint anywhere, then local police could pick him up and hold him for that states authorities. I expect that if he ever gets caught hundreds of us would come out of the woodwork. I promise I will. I PROMISE.

the Ceto group in Virginia need to join with Georgia contacts to start legal warrants, win judgements, have those court records as background proof to force local officals pressure state attorney generals and Corporation Commissions to join in major investigations. As stated before, federal charges for U.S. Naval officer impersonations ( Shuster needs the same exposure of background investigation) would be more damaging than judgements.

Tell me something I don't know...I am putting myself out there. If you cannot then leave those really doing something alone to do good work- lead, follow or get out of the way.
