These guys have know this Con Man for many years. They have served as attorneys for his Companies.
ON companies they serve as council for never issue K-1s, accounting and even have a trust that does not file with the IRS. They receive money LaCroix raises and never show where the money goes.
How much of the scammed money have they received?? The amount is large....I am still adding numbers up....
Eventually, these guys will need to explain themselves and why they have helped this guy on all his con jobs...
It looks like Reiben is no longer with the Smith Center for the Arts. I was looking at their website today and they have removed him as CEO and put on the front page that they have hired a new CEO. I checked Google's cache and he used to be listed as CEO as of May 11th, 2011. One can only hope that somehow they saw this site and fired the fucker.
ReplyDeleteReiben announced his resignation from the Smith Center in an email dated 8/10/11. No reason was sited. Their website listing the hiring of a new CEO is simply the language that was already there.
